General Conditions of Sale

• These General Conditions of Sale outline the rights and responsibilities of the customer (referred to as the “Customer”) regarding the products offered for sale by Maison Tabbah (referred to as the “Company” or “Maison Tabbah”) through our website, www.tabbah.com.
• The contract formed upon placing an order is subject to these general conditions of sale and applicable regulations, including the Lebanese Consumer Code.
• By placing an order, the Customer accepts these general conditions of sale and confirms their legal capacity to enter into this contract.
• The Customer indicates acceptance of these terms by selecting the checkbox “I accept the general conditions of sale,” equivalent to a handwritten signature.

• Each piece is handcrafted, with a manufacturing usual waiting period of approximately 3 weeks. It may however vary depending on the availability and the specificity of the piece.
• We practice sustainable methods, recycling gold from returned, transformed, and repaired products.
• Our jewelry is crafted from 18 karat / 750 thousandths gold, with Maison Tabbah hallmarks.
• Our diamonds are of exceptional quality, graded G+ for color and VS+ for clarity, with GIA certificates for diamonds over one carat.
• We source diamonds ethically from reputable companies with conflict-free guarantees.
• Precious stones are rigorously selected and certified, including GIA certification for diamonds over one carat.

Pricing and Payment Terms

• Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) or local currency excluding taxes.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.
• Prices do not include shipping costs, insurance, customs duties and taxes at final destination.
• Customs duties and local taxes are calculated by our carrier and are the Customer’s responsibility upon delivery.
• Orders must be placed after creating a personal account with full details.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received and an order acceptance email is sent.
• We restrict sales to consumers for personal use, not for commercial purposes.
• Payment method is via bank transfer.
• Payment confirmation and invoices are sent via email upon successful payment.
• For bank transfers, payment must be completed within eight (8) working days of order confirmation.
• Customers may be required to provide additional information for payment verification such as Driver’s License.

Ordering Process

• To place an order, please fill out the PDF form by clicking on the link provided on our website.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received and an order acceptance email is sent.
• Customers will be contacted with shipping information and associated fees.
• It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the order for accuracy and promptly report any discrepancies.
• Every order made on our website constitutes the establishment of a distance contract between the Customer and Maison Tabbah.

Delivery and Availability

• Delivery constitutes the transfer of possession or control of the product to the Customer.

• Delivery time-frames are typically 4 to 8 weeks, depending on availability and destination.
• We shall not be responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
• If the package is not received within 30 days of shipping, contact us for resolution.
• Packages are insured during transit, with replacement or reimbursement offered in case of loss or damage.
• Shipping Information Outside of Lebanon: We will contact you with shipping information, including the estimated delivery date and any associated fees.
• Secure Packaging: Your piece will be carefully packaged in a Maison Tabbah box, enclosed within a branded fabric bag, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
• Delivery Outside of Lebanon: The piece will be shipped to the address specified in your order form. For security reasons, delivery to P.O. Boxes is not possible.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel orders within 48 hours of placement date by contacting [email protected].
• Cancellation requests outside this time-frame may not be accommodated.
• For bespoke or customized orders, additional terms will be communicated at order placement.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, returns require prior approval, with all expenses borne by the Customer.
• Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect pieces within 48 hours as of delivery of the package to the Customer.

No Warranties

• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this Website for any particular purpose. We expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We reserve the right to change or update information available on the Website and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

At Maison Tabbah, we take pride in creating bespoke jewelry pieces tailored to your unique specifications. Our bespoke order process ensures that every detail is meticulously crafted to meet your desires. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Initial Consultation

• Discuss Your Vision: During the consultation, share your ideas, preferences, and any specific requirements you have for your bespoke piece. Our experienced jewelry designers will guide you through the process and help refine your vision.

Step 2: Design Proposal

• Design Fee: A design fee will be required to initiate the design process. This fee will be deducted from the total cost if you proceed with the order. If you decide not to proceed, the design fee will be retained by Maison Tabbah.
• Design Draft: Based on your input, our designers will create initial sketches and design concepts for your bespoke piece.
• Review and Feedback: You will receive the design proposals via email. Review the designs and provide feedback within 7 days as of receipt of the email. Our team will make any necessary adjustments to ensure the design aligns perfectly with your vision. If we do not receive your feedback within the aforesaid period, the design proposal is deemed to be accepted.

Step 3: Detailed Quotation

• Quotation: Once the design is finalized, we will provide a detailed quotation outlining the costs, including materials, craftsmanship, and any additional services.
• Approval: Review the quotation and confirm your acceptance by email within 7 as of receipt of the quotation. Upon your approval, we will proceed to the next step. Otherwise, if we do not receive your confirmation within the aforesaid period, you will be deemed to have declined the quotation and we will retain the design fee.

Step 4: Confirmation and Payment

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email detailing the final design, costs, and a specific crafting schedule based on the complexity of the work.
• Deposit: A deposit will be required to commence production. Payment method is via bank transfer. Full payment details will be provided in the order confirmation email.

Step 5: Production

• Crafting Your Piece: Our skilled artisans will begin crafting your bespoke jewelry piece according to the shared crafting schedule.
• Updates: Throughout the production process, you will receive regular updates on the progress of your piece.

Step 6: Quality Assurance

• Inspection: Once the piece is completed, it undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship.
• Final Approval: You will receive high-quality images of the completed piece for final approval before it is prepared for delivery.

Step 7: Delivery

• Shipping Information: We will contact you with shipping information, including the estimated delivery date and any associated fees.
• Secure Packaging: Your bespoke piece will be carefully packaged in a Maison Tabbah box, enclosed within a branded fabric bag, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
• Delivery: The piece will be shipped to the address specified in your order form. For security reasons, delivery to P.O. Boxes is not possible.

Step 8: Aftercare and Support

• Aftercare: We provide ongoing support for your bespoke piece, including resizing, repairs, and maintenance services.

Cancellation and Return Policy for Bespoke Orders

• Cancellation: Bespoke orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement date by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation requests outside this timeframe may not be accommodated.
• No Return Policy: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke pieces, returns are not accepted. We ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship in creating your unique piece.
